Alex L. Nehlebaeff, CISSP
Corporate IT Security Manager, Harley Davidson Financial Services Inc. & IS Security Officer, Eaglemark Savings Bank

Alex Nehlebaeff is the corporate IT security manager of Harley Davidson Financial Services Inc. (HDFSI) and the IS security officer for Eaglemark Savings Bank (a subsidiary of HDFSI). Prior to HDFSI, Mr. Nehlebaeff was the information security manager at WebLink Wireless from March 2001. Prior to WebLink Wireless, he served in the U.S. Navy for twenty four years and retired as an information technology technician chief petty officer.

Nehlebaeff has over 20 years of experience in various security disciplines and has spent the last 14 years in the information security arena. His primary responsibilities include creating the HDFSI IT security strategy, developing all corporate security policies and procedures, providing advice and oversight on all IT projects, managing various IT controls as set forth in regulatory requirements (e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley, GLBA, FDIC), developing an information security awareness training program, and managing the business continuity efforts for the company. Nehlebaeff has received certification as an information systems security manager (U.S. Navy 1990 & 2001), CISSP (2001) and certified computer forensic specialist (CCFS- 2003). Nehlebaeff is actively involved within the cyber-security community and is the president of the North Texas Chapter of Infragard, a member of the Chicago and North Texas Electronic Crimes Task Forces, and ISSA.

Ed Bellis
Chief Information Security Officer, Orbitz WorldWide

Ed Bellis is responsible for the protection and security of all information and electronic assets as well as IT compliance across the wide array of business units that make up Orbitz Worldwide on a global basis. These assets include Orbitz, CheapTickets, eBookers, Away.com, Flairview Travel, The Neat Group, and Travelport for Business. With 15 years of experience in information security and technology, Bellis has worked with and been involved in protecting information assets at several Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Orbitz, Bellis served as VP of corporate information security for Bank of America within their Global Corporate and Investment Banking division. His credentials also include several security technology and management roles at organizations such as Ernst & Young, Ford Motor Company, and Young & Rubicam. Bellis is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and a member of ISC2, ISACA and the Chicago chapter of OWASP.

Jillian Testa
Information Security Officer, Wells Fargo Bank

Jillian Testa currently works as an information security officer for the enterprise marketing line of business at Wells Fargo Bank. Her expertise includes risk management, policy and standards consulting, and information security training and awareness. She takes leadership positions on several internal information security committees and helps guide strategy for the enterprise, as well as reports on risk to upper management. She is also a member of (ISC)2, ISACA, and CSI and holds several industry security certifications.
