During this entertaining session, Ernest N. Hayden, CISSP and Enterprise Information Security Officer, Port of Seattle, describes the life that you know all too well, the trials and tribulations of being a CISO. He uses humor to remind you about some of the toughest parts about being a CISO, but then he gives real-world, practical advice on how to successfully jump over those hurdles. Hayden will offer a summary of some of the skills and perspectives he's found to be important in his success, both tactically and strategically.
